This seminar is a great opportunity for women ages 13+ to understand how to defend themselves from different types of attacks and how to avoid situations in which you might become a victim. We will review situational awareness, personal strength and confidence, basic attacks, and how to get out of potentially deadly situations. This seminar will be led by 7th Level Black Belt, Rodney Asher.
Highly recommended for teens getting ready to go off to college, and for all of our karate moms/grandmothers who would like to learn how to defend themselves. You do not have to be an active student to participate.
Each person who has signed up for the seminar will receive a free self-defense Kubaton keychain upon arrival.
